Terms of Sale

Applicable to sales made by Nadhoor Bikes SARL on nadhoorbikes.tn.

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made by Nadhoor Bikes SARL on nadhoorbikes.tn: bike rental in Djerba and the Tinfas Pass, the island's audio discovery app. Every booking implies acceptance of these terms, which are accessible before payment.

2. Prices

Current prices are displayed on the Prices page of this website and include all taxes. Online payments are charged in Tunisian dinars (TND).

3. Payment methods

You can pay either:

Online, securely through our payment provider Flouci (bank card or Flouci wallet);
In cash, on site, when the bike is handed over.

4. Delivery and handover

Bikes: pick-up at our shop (3 route du Phare, Djerba Midoun) or delivery to your accommodation on the island of Djerba (+€5, free from 4 rental days or 4 bikes). The bike is handed over checked and in working order, with the equipment included.
Tinfas Pass: digital product. The activation code is sent by email or WhatsApp immediately after payment confirmation. No physical delivery.

5. Cancellation

Any bike booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental, with a full refund. After that deadline, the booking is due.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Bikes: if a technical problem is not solved by our on-site assistance (repair or replacement of the bike), unused days are refunded.
Tinfas Pass: as digital content delivered immediately, the Pass is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the activation code has been sent.

7. Dispute resolution

If you encounter any issue, please contact us first at contact@nadhoorbikes.tn: we always favour an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent Tunisian courts.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
